Non-Compliance

We always strive to be accurate and efficient in order to continue to provide exceptional 3PL services and help you grow your business.

Our team continuously addresses issues which may slow our process or affect our efficiency. To address these issues, we have developed this document outlining our requirements and expectations. This document also explains the operational impact for non-compliance. These penalties are assessed in addition to any standard fees for Inbound Shipments, Outbound Shipments, Storage Fees, or other charges.

  1. Not creating inbound shipment before the product is received = $100 per missing inbound
    1. Missing inbound shipments creates huge operational impact and disrupts the workflow of the warehouse, and causes delays for other clients. The time spent by the warehouse to resolve the missing inbound shipment brings in inefficiencies in the process. Each missing inbound for the order placed by the client will have a chargeback.
    2. Charge Back: Additional $100 per inbound shipment.
  2. Inbound Shipments that don’t correspond with an order = $100 per incorrect inbound
    1. EACH INCORRECTLY NAMED INBOUND AND HAS A MISSING ORDER NUMBER WILL HAVE A CHARGEBACK. THIS INCLUDES INBOUND SHIPMENT NAMES THAT DO NOT CORRESPOND WITH AN ORDER OR ARE NOT ALIGNED WITH THE SOP SHARED BY SAS CUSTOMER SERVICE DURING THE ONBOARDING PROCESS.
    2. Charge Back: Additional $100 per Inbound.
  3. Product SKUs not in Inbound Shipment = $10 per SKU

EACH MISSING SKU IN THE INBOUND FOR THE ORDER PLACED BY THE CLIENT WILL HAVE A CHARGEBACK
    2. Charge Back: Additional $10 per SKU.
  4. Gated SKUs with no Prior notice = $55 per instance
    1. WHEN CREATING SHIPMENTS, GATED SKU’S CREATES HUGE OPERATIONAL IMPACT AND DISRUPTS THE WORKFLOW OF THE WAREHOUSE, AND CAUSES DELAYS FOR OTHER CLIENTS. THIS CAUSES DELAYS IN CREATING OUTBOUND SHIPMENTS AS THE GATED SKU’S NEED TO BE PULLED OUT FROM THE SHIPMENT. EACH GATED SKU IN THE OUTBOUND FOR THE ORDER PLACED BY THE CLIENT WILL HAVE A CHARGEBACK
    2. Charge Back: Additional $55 per instance.
  5. Unexpected large shipment without notice or appointment scheduled = $1/carton or $20/pallet (Private Label clients)

      • (2) one pallet or more via freight
      • (3) 20 cartons or more via small parcel.
    2. Valid tracking numbers or confirmed delivery date required
