We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products or services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of Stock and Ship, LLC. We reserve the right to discontinue a service at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this Site is void where prohibited.
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

By submitting content, regardless of form or medium, (collectively, “User Content”) you grant Stock and Ship, LLC a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, world-wide, royalty-free, license to use, publish, publicly display and sublicense User Content, in whole or in part, in original form or as edited or modified by Stock and Ship, LLC, in all languages, forms and media, on the Site and elsewhere, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Stock and Ship, LLC reserves the right, but not the obligation, to edit, modify and/or remove your User Content without prior notice.

BECAUSE SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, IN SUCH JURISDICTIONS LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
You agree to indemnify and hold Stock and Ship, LLC, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, managers, members and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Site, the violation of this agreement, or infringement by you, or other user of the Site using your computer, of any intellectual property or any other right of any person or entity.
Any dispute you have with Stock and Ship, LLC arising from or related to these Terms of Service will be governed by Oregon law and the exclusive forum for disputes arising from or related to this agreement shall be Lane County Circuit Court or the United States District Court in Eugene, Oregon.
The parties (you and Stock and Ship, LLC) irrevocably waive any and all right to trial by jury in any legal proceedings arising from or relating to these Terms of Service.
If any provision of the Terms of Service shall be deemed unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason, the other provisions (and any partially-enforceable provision) shall not be affected thereby and shall remain valid and enforceable to the maximum extent possible.
These Terms of Service and any other agreements referenced herein may be assigned by Stock and Ship, LLC, in its sole discretion, to a third party in the event of a merger or acquisition.
These Terms of Service and any policies or operating rules posted by us on this Site or in respect to the Services offered on the Site constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and us and govern your use of the Site and Services, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms of Service). Any ambiguities in the interpretation of these Terms of Service shall not be construed against the drafting party.
